Data corrections
The most useful thing you can send. If a board rejected a player who genuinely satisfies both categories, include the date of the board, the cell, and the player — that is enough to reproduce it exactly, because boards are rebuilt from their date. Corrections are worked into the next data build.
Bugs
A description of what you did and what happened is plenty. Your browser and whether you were on a phone or a desktop helps. If it involves a specific board, the date pins it down.
Advertising
Advertising on FootyFacts Board is handled through Google AdSense. Questions about what the ads collect are answered on the privacy page.
Privacy requests
For access to or deletion of account data, email the address above from the account's registered address. Deleting your account from within the game removes your username, your stats and your saved boards outright.
What is useful to include
Almost every report is easier to act on with three things: the board date, the cell, and what you typed. Because boards are rebuilt from their date rather than stored, that trio is enough to reproduce the exact grid you were looking at, months later, on another machine. Screenshots are welcome but rarely necessary.
If the problem is a player the search could not find at all, the spelling you tried matters as much as the correct one — the search is accent-insensitive and matches aliases, so a miss usually means either the player is outside the dataset's scope or an alias is absent. What this address is not
It is not a way to have a player added on request, and it is not a route to buy links, guest posts or sponsored placements — the site does not publish either. Advertising is handled entirely through Google AdSense, so there is nothing to sell directly.
